I bought a new superb in January, I love it and still do, was looking on eBay last night and noticed a few mk3 octys on 13 plates 1.6 TDI's going at the big end of £16K and the small end of £17, this one really caught my eye, and I still adore my superb (hatch) but the new lines of the octy are lovely

Listers are often very well priced. I travelled from York to buy my used Superb from them a few months ago. It was £1,000 cheaper than any other similar age, spec and mileage.

 

Give it another 12 months and prices will fall even more. The MkIII is still enjoying the new car euphoria, things will calm down! Bide your time.

 

Besides the Superb makes a better taxi, acres of rear leg room.

I've been wondering the same.....

Maybe a dealer demonstrator which officially can be sold I think when 3 months old ?

And unofficially earlier than that, though there might then be a delay while they 'forget' to send the log book off until it is 3 months old! !!! I got mine at just less than 2 months old.

well looking at the new octy and superb side by side, I prefer the looks of the Octavia and wished I had hang fire for a few months and got the Octavia, cause the difference between the two isn't really that big
