Emission control system faulty warning light ON
Neily03 replied to bizotto's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk IV (2020 > )
CEL has come on mine today, ODB11 comes up with "P02D300 Cylinder 4 Fuel Injector Offset Learning At Max Limit", so possibly a dodgy injector. Booked it in with with dealer to investigate, luckily it still drives fine. -
I wouldn't be having holes drilled in the roof, no matter how well done it's asking for trouble later....

Anyone any good with Apple CarPlay???
Neily03 replied to WaveyDavey's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk IV (2020 > )
Have you checked in the carplay setting in your phone, that's where you select what apps you want available. There should be settings for each car. -
Both were FWD UK cars.

That's incorrect, I had two pre-facelift vRS diesels, a 2013 with the 340mm discs and a 2016 with the 312mm discs.

Help can these cars ever work correctly
Neily03 replied to tim1709's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk IV (2020 > )
Got mine brand new October last year and it's been flawless. None of the issues anyone else has reported. -
An easier way to download it would be great

That’s correct, just D when in drive. If you put the gearbox into sport then it’s will show the gear, S1, S2…. etc.

I've had several cars with speedo's like that, quite common i think. -
Feb 2023 VRS - Umbrella or not?

999 calls go through any network, if you don't have signal on your own network it will just go through any network that there is a signal on. -
Just added 0.5L to my vRS last night as it was down to 1/4 above minimum at 6k miles, seems pretty normal to me. Anything up 0.5L per 1000km is usually considered normal by most manufacturers though I'd be surprised to see anything as high as that.

I think it was the same in the June ‘23 brochure too
-
You’ll find it pretty much the same place on any car as regulations state it must be within 2 feet of the steering wheel.

Minor issue and it's been like this since new but 99% of the time when I start the car spotify doesn't continue where it left off and just shows "Not Playing" in the app window. To get it to play I need to tap on that window which opens it full screen and then shows where it last was and I press play then all is fine. Anyone else have this or am I missing something? Infotainment is all up to date etc.... Cheers.
