Recoding Bluetooth

Featured Replies

Not sure if this has come up before. Im looking at buying a new phone at the end of the year (probably a nexus 5) and was wondering if I need to do anything with the current blue tooth module so it would recognise the new phone. I'm not talking about pairing, but more something like a software update so the module recognises a phone which won't have been about when the car was released.

You need to know the which module you've got now. ie.5KO or 7P6. This will then determine if its compatible or not.
