hello friends ,iam looking for larger intercooler(front mounted)for 1.9 tdi octavia,will this help in upgrading power from 90 to130 bhp?(how about standard 130 bhp octavia intercooler? is it a front mounted intercooler or just a normal one?) were do i source good & affordable front mounted inter cooler( i got quote from allard motorcompany for approx 650 pounds ifeel expensive) any suggestions please .

Won't find it a lot cheaper than that tbh. FMIC will give the best results for sure.

Allard is a good FMIC (from personal experience) but it ALONE will not increase bhp from 90 to 130 - it will merely allow a better overall result when/if the car is remapped by someone (which Allard offer as well IIRC)
