Water in headlights and foglights

Featured Replies

Basically went through pretty deep flood water and now all my lights have water in them and are full of condensation . Can you take them apart to empty them and wipe clean or do i need to replace them all ?

I would remove them and try and dry them out in an airing cupboard or something, you could then throw a few of those silica gel things in the back to try and catch any remaining moisture :)

I have the same problem! Not sure about you Ive got the factory projectors I took them out to see if everything was sealed off and it all checked out hasnt happened since!

If that doesnt work i suggest throwing some of those silica gel packs that you get in shoe boxes into the headlights!

Ya beat me to it!
