Advice on 312mm discs and pads

I've just recently bought a set of 312mm brakes for my fabia to go with my new shark map.

Would these fit the 312mm and also are they any good at all?

Just get some standard discs from the likes of euro car parts etc. All grooved and drilled discs is make lots of noise and eat your pads quicker. Pads wise, go for the best you can afford, I like to use Tarox Corsa pads but a lot of people recommend Ferredo DS2500 and the like.

The Veritate wheels on my Superb have limited access between the spokes, so cleaning the barrel and behind the spokes is a chore but possible with the right selection of brushes and woolies. BUT ... the numbnuts that designed the wheel added a 'gutter' around the barrel just behind the spokes. It collects a pool of rainwater when parked and is a magnet for brake dust and tar. Getting into the gutter to clean it is almost impossible - I can't even reach it all with my fingertips and a wheel mi

I am having problems with the rear offside door lock on our 2018 Super 2.0L SE Technology diesel estate. The drivers door switch panel includes the two child lock buttons. When locking the car the rear offside door remains unlocked, therefore we have to keep it locked via the small turn screw on the edge of the door. Having looked into new lock prices, I decided to try a second hand one from a 'reputable' supplier, only to find that this replacement is doing the same thing. I conclude therefore

I've noticed, on several occasions, mainly on motorways, that my 2025 Superb L & K hybrid detects a lower speed limit and will continue for miles showing a lower speed than necessary. Where is the Superb getting its speed limit information fromm

I have been getting a rubbing noise from the rear end of my 2020 kodiaq when turning left and right, I've had it in the garage a few times but been told by Arnold Clark it's a noise all kodiaq like mine make 🤷 then I spoke to Skoda who told me they a talking complete nonsense, anyone had this issue that can help me out please

I'm driving my early 2020 Octavia (mkIII) Scout (2.0L diesel DSG-7) through France, and only after I filled up (31L of the 55L tank) from the "diesel" pump I noticed the marking "B10" which apparently really exists about only in France, I'd never heard of nor seen before, and is officially (per Skoda) not compatible with this engine.
