Hi!Did anyone had any problem with the heating like i have the digi climate control on econ settings,maximum heat and no hot aur coming out trough the wents!Water temp is up to normal!No fuse problem,and tried other climate unit as well no luck!What can this be?

Stuck flap somewhere in the air flow system. It's a very common fault, that the different electric flaps will get stuck. As i remember, there are 2 or 3 of them.

First find a good independent VW garage familiar with the B5 'family' and get the faults read - the heater faults should show. It is possible that clearing the faults may bring your heater back if the original fault was temporary. If not be prepared for a big bill - there is a lot of work getting to the flap motors.
