Just to let you all know, I'm penny free, damage free and 9000 miles in with a litre of oil in the whole time.

Early days

Sounds like a good 'in to me

................just like mine, and as mine is clocking over to 40k miles it's not too early to tell

good to hear, engine running like mine then I'm 8,500 miles, and  a litre in , currently at max on the dipstick (after a 1,500 mile run downto and around coombe!)  no faults at all...

 

my last one also used a litre in the first 10k, it didn't use any after the first service, hoping this will be the same
