Week 44 will be w/c 28OCT Is that code 20? My vRS hatch still seems to be going backwards in the order!

Car ordered late August. Week 41 was originally quoted, however, this week it was revised to week 44. Surprised to read about later deliveries. Maybe there is a distribution balance being applied.

I ordered 23AUG, was told week 45, then week 3, 51, 50 and now week 3 again. :(

Must be in great demand! Hope you don't have to wait that long. Maybe dealers are prioritised for reasons only they and Skoda know?

Mine is exactly the same, I ordered August 19th, told week 41 initially and now gone to 44. Also ordered a citigo which has been allocated week 48!

Phoned SUK this morning, unconfirmed build week if 42 with expected delivery by mid November, so 6-8 weeks sooner than expected.

They seem to think that it will go confirmed on Friday.

Interestingly they told me that due to high demand of the octavia VRS order for the Fabia VRS estate are being pushed back to bring forward the Octy built dates. Demonstrators apparently due to be built starting week 41

Just had dealer confirm mine was built Week 44 and is already loaded on a train and on its way

 

... only complication now is that the storm last week has caused them to put it on trucks some of the way. Dealer said that could cause up to 1 week extra delivery time :(

The weather in Emden today is bright but cool at 5 degrees C. Not much to do here in the compound but wait. I've been informed I'm heading north to undertake lots of journeys from a place called A to another place called B with my new owner. Can't wait to be get this white overcoat off, start up and get on with it.........zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Taking delivery on Sunday. Planning to head off for a steady 2 hour run. Shall post some pictures later.

My 2.0TDI Combi Elegance, ordered 9th July, built on week 44, has arrived in Portugal past 18th November and it was deliverded to me on 29th November.
