Anyone know if its posible to fit the straight chrome tail pipes from the sport onto the bent pipes of the diesel?

Obviously the bent bit needs to be cut off, but is this ok, will it effect back pressure? Is this even an issue with a diesel engine?

I've got them fitted to mine, dealer had a b4$t4rd of a job to cut the pipes apparently wrecked a new set of pipe cutters :eek: " a bad worksman always blames his tools", all I'm worried about is that I reverse up my driveway and I might get some water ingress :confused:

Air hacksaw cuts them off a treat, like hot knife through butter.

have you looked on the milotec website for prices, they even give fitting instructions unlike the dealer ones as the told me, when they turned up they had to figure out how to fit them!!

I've ordered the TDI ones as an option from my dealer prior to delivery, let's hope they make a good job!

well, do you want the good or the bad news................

the good news is they will just push on and still work fine without the need for hacking at the exhaust(maybe a few cuts for a Jubilee clip to clamp on though)
