Evenin all

As title suggests I'd like to remove my headlamp switch to connect the illumination wires for boost guage... Very uneducated in the realms of forums but tried a search but to no avail :(

Can anyone help??

You need to push in the knob then turn it clockwise slightly and then will just pull out :-)

You push the switch in and turn it (anticlockwise?) Then it will pull out.

It's clockwise to remove on my A4. :think:

Or, remove the side panel of the dash where the fuses are, there should be a small hole adjacent to the headlamp switch. Push a screwdriver into the hole against the side of the switch. Gently push into the switch/towards you. The whole switch should pop out

Mr Haynes say's:

'With the light switch in position O, press the switch centre inwards and turn it slightly to the right. Hold this position and pull the switch from the dash.'
