My car gives error code p0130 (O2 sensor circuit bank1 sensor 1) can anyone tell me based on this description what is wrong with my car?

 

no change in engine performance is noticeably

 

any tips would be appreciated :-)

Hi .   Standard exhaust  . if i I have understood correctly then the car  have 2 lamda probes one before the catt and one after.    does the  error code say  something about which of those that  is defective?

Yes I'm sure it does mate 1 or 2 but I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me can confirm.

If memory serves bro bank 1 or position 1 is pre cat...

Fella. I had the same with mine. Have you looked at the oil breather pipes? Replaced mine a month ago and not had the code since!
