Hey everyone. Just purchased an ex demo Skoda Superb Elegance wagon after trading in my Ford Territory SUV. Impressed for a day but had to take it back to dealer because one of the headlights didnt work and the panoramic sunroof popped out of its track on the left hand side and refused to budge. Not bad though the dealer gave me a demo Landrover Disco 4 to drive around in for the first week and now they have swapped it over for a Skoda Octavia Scout until the Superb is fixed...hopefully late next week,

Anyway looking forward to getting the Superb back. Hope to learn lots from this forum.

Hey all, Managed to get under my partners car at the weekend to service it and change the oil. Whilst there I was quite taken by how clean the engine was, but there was a patch of what looked like oil on the undertray. This was later discovered to be coming (I believe) from the gearbox drain plug. The car has had a new clutch, flywheel and replacement box in the last twelve months and so I can only assume there's an issue with the drain plug or a seal. Looking really closely at the drain plug

Hi there! I recently installed on my car an OEM Electric tow bar on my 1.5, but pressing the button inside the trunk, nothing comes out from under the boot. According to Skoda workshop, problem was the control unit: it was the model specific for electric cars with part number Skoda 5H2907383B; in fact looking on VAG the right code for my car is the 5H2907383BLc. I found a pre-owned one over eBay and when mechanic connected it and turned car on, it enlightened itself for awhile. Is it matter o

I've been the owner of a 2021 Scala for almost a year and a half by now, 45000km on the clock. I thought I would post this here to see if anyone have experienced something similar or have a hunch what could be the problem. I do need to change my lovely (but aged) 2010 Fabia 1.6tdi so went looking for a year old 1.5tsi DSG SEL, found a nice one at a local dealer but when looking at the finance side of things, it worked out similar to buy a brand new one (via Carwow prices) due to the Skoda contribution and the lower APR on a PCP.
