Wheel offset

Featured Replies

The standard 17'' are 7J, 5x112, ET45.  Would 16'', 7J, 5x112 with ET42 fit to Superb II?  It's only 3mm difference, but I wonder if it will not cause any problems with brake assembly?

Thanks for some advice!

Lower offset means that the wheel sits further away from the hub. No problems with the calipers.

Thank you!  I take it shouldn't cause any problems with the wheel arch, considering the smaller wheels?

My car has 16" wheels and if they would be 3mm closer to wheelarches it wouldn't make any difference.
