Poor Quality Skoda Sat Nav

After numerous journeys using the Skoda Sat Nav in my superb,I have decided the system is not very good.I am constantly directed through imaginary junctions,poor routes,some roads built 5 years ago are not covered,and on friday the wrong way on the M25 resulting in a 25mile detour.The CD Rom map in the car is 2004.Has anyone else had similar problems?????
