Gents,

Bought a new alpine headunit fitted it, but it won't remember any of the settings. I believe this is down to it needing a constant 12v supply. This is where my know how and technical ability ends.

Anyone want to set it up for me, some beers in it for you.

If I got this right, I just bought an autoleads adapter which switched a live in the loom, 

Some stereos allow you to swap the red and yellow wires round on bullet connectors.

That sounds familiar, I think I did this before buying the loom 

I know on most VW, you swap the yellow and red wires! Dont know if its the same with these...
