FL Boot Space

Featured Replies

We had considering trading in our Yeti for the new model. But there would be an added incentive if the facelift addressed the boot space. There is a large space between the front and rear seats; either the rear seats should be designed to slide forward, releasing more depth to the boot or a fixed rear seat should be moved forward. As it is I can't even get a set of golf clubs in the boot without dropping one of the rear seats!

The rear seats are actually designed to slide forward. See here:

The seats do slide forward.

I never have time to play golf so I don't know if this allows the clubs to fit.

Have you tried removing the non-sliding centre rear seat altogether, and using your Yeti as a flexible 4 seater?

Thank you all. Indeed the rear seats do slide. Shame the centre console/seat wont slide forward (unless you are going to tell me that it does!)

No. it is fixed.

I removed mine on my last Yeti and then had 2 separate seats in the rear which, if I remember correctly are (or can be) re positioned more towards the centre.

Indeed.  Stupidly the centre seat does not slide forward.  Here are all the boot sizes with the seats slid forward or not and with and without the spare (in French):
