Hi guys I've recently bought a octavia estate and have a couple niggles I want to sort out, I'm a Mechanic by trade but not propperly looked into it yet as may find it's a common problem here and someone can direct me to the normal cause's 

 

One is when the doors open the interior lights don't come on they do work as u can put them on permanent but not in any other position, boot included doesn't light up when opened thinking its just a fuse myself

 

The drivers door doesn't work off the central locking every other door does but not the drivers need to open by key and lock (doing this operates the central locking also)

 

and drivers window is intermediate need to really press on the switch for it to operate, thinking its the switch unit as when pressing the button to make the windows stop working u can still open all windows from each switch no matter the position, Just hope x4 electric window switch's are not rare!

Water in the wiring and/or controller in the drivers door. Or the wiring between the door and car.
