Honda Accord 140BHP diesel thingy

Featured Replies

Hello

My mate used to drive A4s - she got fed up with them always being in the garage - didn't listen to me - went and bought one of the Jappy things with the new enigine. :thumbdwn:

Reckoned it was going to be much more economical - she get 36mpg and was expecting better than 46 !! Any ideas ? :finger:

In a rash moment got the sat nav thingy (can't read maps) been quoted

A couple of the car mags have said that the real-world MPG on some Accords has been much worse than the expected figures. Apparently it doesn't seem to be down to driving style in particular either.

I've always found that the Combined figure less 10% matches my normal true mpg, but the Accord sounds to be way down against this rule of thumb

Oh Dear :o

How much PX would she get for a Skoda, ?

Why a Superb estate, I would have thought an Octy estate would be the same size as the Accord.
