Just a query?

Does anybody know what the line down the windscreen is all about?

It runs from the rear view mirror to about 3/4 the way down the screen

It looks like a heater wire you would find in the rear window

Think it's the FM (?) aerial - it's definitely an aerial anyway - I had the car for ages before I noticed it - this is highly embarrassing but actually thought I'd a cracked windscreen - even more embarrassing was phoning National Windscreens to cancel a replacement...

Wondered what it was, felt stupid to ask!    Hopefully National Windscreens (who my Insurance company use) will have those in stock When (not if!!) I need a replacement!

If they're any good they will ask. Had a like for like replacement screen under insurance now problems, can't remember if that was national or autoglass.
