Fabia vrs multiple running issues

Featured Replies

Car seems to not be getting any better...

The car has seemed down on power all weekend still... It seems like there is boost there but something is stopping it from accelerating, maybe a fuel issue?

I noticed on the way to work at 5:30am this morning i had developed a misfire/judder under full throttle in 3rd 5th and 6th gears, it proably is in the other gears too but didnt have chance to test it, It also is very jerky when gently coming back on to the throttle inbetween 1500-2300rpm ish.

Does this sound like its a fuel issue? Or did the garage repair my car with cheap parts? remember ive just had a new turbo, intercooler and maf.

The weather was very bad this morning, terrential rain could of had an affect on the misfire/judder?

thanks.

Switch everything off, disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, without switching anything on or touching any pedals, re-start and let it idle for 30 minutes, this re-sets the ECU.
