is it not just the 2 anti roll bar bushes? can pick a pair up on ebay for under £20 and is 2 bolts and a u clamp holding each bush inplace around the bar

Just the mot test cert jargan that I dont know what it means thats all

i would guess that its both anti roll bar bushes but you could always double check with the tester

+1, both anti-roll bar clamp bushes, when you look at them they're like a capital D.
