Hello all, joined up after being pointed in this direction on Piston Heads.

 

Ordered a black vRS hatch a little over a fortnight ago in black, I'm currently being quoted 20th December for delivery but I'm not going to hold my breath after reading some of delays some are experiencing. First Skoda, first diesel I'll have owned too. Went for the diesel due to the mileage I do. I agonised over whether to get the estate or hatch as the estate is a handsome car, and IMO best looking estate coming to the market, however I settled on the hatch.

 

Great overall package and at the deal I got nothing else came close. Now it's just the waiting game,

I still have a car to use that's just cost me a fortune to get through it's MOT so at least I'll get some use out of it if it does take a few months. Kind of what brought me round to the idea of buying new, couldn't be arsed with unpredictable costs and in this case being without a car for 3 weeks.
