Forge split r dump valve passing boost?

Hi all, some of you may know im have a few issues with my vrs at the moment. Im trying to sort a few bits out. The usual oil breather was split and its been spraying oil onto the dumpvalve and inturn thats been collecting grit and grime etc. Anyway, it seems the piston is scored and when on full boost I can hear a hissing sound like s dumping boost, is this normal or could it be the dv is passed its best?

Ive check boost pipes of splits and all pipes are secure so sure it not that, its had a frontender in the pass so the intercooler could be damaged buth the boost releasing seems to becoming from near dv not bottom drivers side.
