Hi,

Drivers side dipped beam housing has broken and is pointing at the ground. I've got a replacement but would like know if it's a bumper off job? Any pictures of procedure would be most helpful. Thanks.

No need to remove the bumper.

 

1. Undo the top screw connecting the indicator to the headlight.

 

2. Pull out indicator (bulb twists out).

 

3. Undo 3 screws (star shape) connecting headlight to bodywork (1 on top, 2 to the side).

 

4. Pull out headlight (unclip electrical socket by lifting latch whilst pulling).

As above. VVV easy. You have to remove Xenons on the Occy mk1 to do anything. If you have washers, be careful not to scratch the paint. And dont drop the screws. Oh and a flat blade screwdriver of the right dimensions does the torx screws OK.
