New HU, poor radio reception

Featured Replies

My 6cd changer died recently, so I bought a Sony to replace it, with MP3. The cd worked well, but the radio reception was terrible. Searched on the net for a solution and found this:

which sorted out all the problems

It would do.

The radio had the ariel amp built-in, the new after-market ones dont.

This is essential if you change the hu. For various reasons (changed back to original hu) I have one of these spare that I will let somebody have for a fiver including postage.
