errrggghh! Power steering fluid!

Featured Replies

Ok so my light to tell me levels are low has been on for 3 days so on my day off this evening brilliant time to just top up power steering fluid.. didn't realise how much of an arse it is to do. Thought quick job, what a silly place to put cap under battery and under stray with screws and clips all over the place. Found my first thing not to like about my fabia...

think of it as quality time spent with your fabia

I would be more worried about where the fluid is going.

I did mine the other day. Actually enjoyed giving it some TLC :)

Steering rack boot leaking? Had it on my vrs. The more I topped it up the quicker it went down! I just got the rack replaced in the end

Either that or the pump could be on the way out, I think my rack boot is leaking, had one priced up the other day at around £180 reconditioned.
