Fog Light

Featured Replies

Hi again,

The passenger side fog light glass is all cracked on my Fabia Elegance.

Does anybody know where I could get one and how much I should expect to pay?

Many thanks

Paul

p.s. While Im on the subject of lights I was considering upgrading all the

bulbs to xenons (blue tinted preferably). I have been looking at the

bulbs on www.powerbulbs.co.uk

Are there any that you guys recommend?

I can recommend powerbulbs - but I wouldn't gofor any Xenon type bulbs - I use Philips Vision plus in the dipped beam, and Rallye main beam bulbs. But as a company, they give absolutely A1 class service.

Why wouldn't you go for xenon type bulbs?

Those Rallye ones aren't road legal according to powerbulbs website so I wont

be getting those. lol

Thanks mate

Used powerbulbs as well.

Only one big bone to pick with them, they sent a mailshot out with about 300 email addresses in the 'to' list. Rather ****ed about that.

For the rest they have been excellent, good arriving on time and so on.

I've got the Xenon-like bulbs for my main beam (I've got normal Xenons), BlueVision for the side lights and those Osram indicator bulbs that are meant to get rid of the orange when not lit (almost works...)

I've been driving for 20 years with 100w bulbs. They are non detectable provided you use main beam only. Get some. They make a difference !!

No no no! Osram Silverstars on the dipped beam :P:rofl: Agree about the Rallye bulbs on main beam though plus you get free side lights with them too :D

Well I got a Mondeo, but I doubt that will help you :P:rofl:

Chris

Either Vision plus or silver star for dipped, rallyes for main. The free blue vision sidelight bulbs are good, they match well with my normal xenons

As for powerbulbs, very good, been using them for years.

Well I got a Mondeo' date=' but I doubt that will help you :P:rofl:
