62 plate Blackline problem here

 

Recently my Sat Nav just can't seem to find where I am at the moment.

 

It started happening a couple of weeks ago. Funnily enough it was when I needed it most, navigating my out of Newcastle.

 

Recently been up to Sunderland  as well in the car and for the best part of an hour and a half it thought we were in Stoke, when we were actually driving up the A1 M.

 

Hasn't worked properly since we switched the car off that night.

 

Is this likely to be a GPS issue, or an aerial problem?

Had the same during the first month of ownership.believe they changed the antenna,only took a few mins so get them to order one in so it can be done in one visit..............

Had the same issue after a month, it corrected itself, but got the antenna changed anyway, been excellent since.
