Skoda Octavia vrs

57 plate in silver with 57000 miles

2.0 litre petrol

The car has a good service history not all Skoda , and had the timing belt changed at 41000 miles

recently had 2 new front tyres and rear pads .

cars MOT till April 2014 and tax till March 2014.

It drives well and there are no known faults .

It has the 18 inch wheels and the jumbo box with the twin controlled heating inside. Also has rear parking sensors.

It has some mods which are

Jetex cat back stainless exhaust

Revo map from near new

Neu speed induction .

Not really that much to say apart from its a very nice car for its age and miles , it does have some chips as you would expect but nothing bad. Car or myself have nothing to hide and any inspections and viewings are welcome .

Downside cars located in Aberdeen Scotland so is prob a bit far away for some of you southern guys .

Price is reasonable at £6500 ovno if I am way out again also I don't mind feedback.

Prepping to do 2.0TSi clutch in future - plenty of time and opportunity as I mentioned recently I have a 1.8T L&K Octy also ! I'd seen a comment at some point someone recommending to change rear main seal whilst you are in there. Something to watch for? Also as below

One of the scourges of Greek roads are abandoned motorcycles. Some they have suffered major damage and are not being repaired, some because owners have abandoned them because they no longer want them, other they are stolen, etc. The process to be removed from the from the State takes from 3 months to 3 years. Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse

Hi Everyone, I have been investigating how I can replace the decorative trim pieces on the console of the O4 (see attached picture (version I would like). The easy part has been figuring out the general part numbers, however I get stuck on the specifics. I know the O4 has two technical variants; one with stock leds and one with RGB leds, and that there is a multitude of different codes for all the different colours/textures.
