Cleaning car interior

Evening guys, I've recently purchased a Octavia VRS mk1 and the seats, door cards and carpets need a bit of work to get back to looking good. I have seen the guides of how to clean them, and i've decided i am going down the same route and doing it myself. I need some advice on whether i should rent a rug doctor to sort it out, or should i buy a Performance Power1300W from B&Q (

I've seen the George hoovers but i wouldn't use it much to justify paying for one so my question is which will be best, the rug doctor or the one from B&Q?
