Vrs wheel Et?

Featured Replies

Can't get the forum search to work for some reason today.

Can someone confirm what offset wheels a standard FL Vrs has? (18")

And what effect a different ET has? Does a lower ET make the wheels sit in or out of the arches?

Ta!

From memory is around ET51 (ish)

The lower the ET the closer the wheel will be to the outside of the car (providing the widths of the wheels you are comparing are the same)

Et51 for Zeniths/Neptunes

51 IIRC, although the Zenith cleared my NQSBBK, the Neptunes dont, just be aware the design means the spokes on the Neptune is very close to the caliper

swapped my pre fl zeniths the other day and gave them a good old wash ready for storage.  Had offset of 54 stamped on them ? These were 17"s though.  Just i was under the impression that they were also 51 but seem to actually be marked as 54.

For a visual illustration of the effects of varying offsets then this website is great...

17 inch Zenith is definitely ET54, I saw it with my own eyes.

Just checked out http://www.willtheyfit.com/.  Bit late for me as i have just put on a set of Fox FX004 for winter, but its definately a smart little tool.  Best wheel calculator i have see so far anyway.
