got the fault code p0403 on a aub 1,4 16v engine.to big flow(my best translation from norwegian),have fitted a new egr,same fault code comes up again,any tips what to check next?

Remove the throttle body, clean it and the pipe that goes into the inlet manifold from the EGR valve.
