Trying to plug my phone in with 3.5mm jackplug and getting buzzing noise anybody had same problem stereo is a stream mp3

Can you try narrowing down the problem? IE try with another phone/MP3 player and then with a different 3.5mm jack cable?

Maybe the aux input level is set too high?

I had this. The cause was the jack not pushed in far enough. It was quite tight as it had hardly been used when I bought it.
