As per title really. With winter coming quickly, I'm looking to do an OE looking heated seat conversion. I want to get some elements fitted to my factory leathers, and retain the standard switches.

 

Can anyone give me a definitive parts list of what is required for this please? I assume 2x OE switches, Kufatec loom and official elements?

 

Not 100% on which elements I should be using either...

 

Ideally I'd like to get it wired up myself first. Then I can check the elements work correctly before getting them fitted to the seats.

 

It really would be awesome to get this sorted before this winter, as I suffered extremely commuting on ice cold leathers last year ha ha!!

try find a cheap switch and figure out if it is possible to hook up that switch to a after market kit using a multimeter 

i would imagine trying to source and fit a whole genuine loom etc would be an expensive headache
