How can I find my Bolero code?

Featured Replies

I've just had the Kenwood unit fitted in place of my Bolero, but I can't find any record of the Bolero code anywhere - how can I find it? Is it critical to find it if I want to sell it on?

It's not in the stereo manual and I've no separate card with it written on, is there anywhere else it could be?

I've had a forum search and couldn't find the answer, but apologies if this is old ground being covered again!

Thanks :)

You will have to visit the dealer for the code

Some will try and charge for it, some will give it to you FOC

Many thanks, I'll drop into my dealer in the week and then pop the Bolero up for sale :)

Your dealer will need your reg / chasis No. And there's a sticker on the side of the stereo with a long code on it. They need that as well. I had the same problem. They never charged me anything.

Thanks for the tip about the code, I'll make a note of that now and take it with me! Cheers :)
