What about a fresh set of nuts for the exhaust manifold?

N 90200201 qty 8 as far as I can see here.

Confused by exhaust mani gasket part numbers and quantities, your part number is different to the diagram linked above, and the quantity seems wrong at 1 if they are per-port as the diagram shows?

New gasket/seal/o-ring for any coolant flanges that might be removed?

Updated with nuts and bolts.

Some of the illustrations showed them as connected. The part numbers are all the same though must be an older version I have.

I havn't found any seals or o-rings for the coolant pipes yet. Still putting the list together though so that could change.

I've considered fitting the uprated pd150 head bolts, is that a consideration?

I've included both pd130 and pd150 head bolts. I'm definitely going with the 150 ones though.

Sorry, what I meant was, "is that your consideration", which you've answered.

Having read posts about head lift, it seems the most sensible route to take.

[regarding exhaust mani gaskets]...Some of the illustrations showed them as connected. The part numbers are all the same though must be an older version I have...

I guess this is the page where you found the 'F' suffix part showing all four connected?

If you buy that one, your original "qty 1" looks to be valid.  Guess the dealer should know if the 'F' is correct for your car.

That's the one. Both listed for ASZ and BLT engines so I'd say either would do.

Which ever one is cheaper is the better choice! ;)
