felicia 1.3i 1995 pickup diagnostic

Hi peeps. Anyone know if the titled car is obd1 obd2 or other? Will my current release vcds work (new lead??).

just bought said pickup and it has lumpy idle hot or cold and generally runs rough when under load at part throttle. If it's floored it clears and pulls ok. Even backing off to part throttle causrs rough running again.

cruising 'off load' seems fine. I will try the usual first in the way of plugs, leads, service etc.

any ideas otherwise???
