Button on B- Pillar

Featured Replies

Anybody know what the button does half way up the drivers side b-pillar?

Is it the same on the MK2, it being the interior sensor isolater for the alarm system?

Yup

Push button. Lock door. Interior alarm sensor not active. Ideal if locking kids in the car at petrol stations when you go to pay.

I believe its the same as pressing the remote key 'lock' button twice.

I thought that pressing the key fob twice disabled the deadlocks....might also be an idea if you lock your kids in the car! The interior button is for the interior alarm sensor as already stated.
