Just bought a Monte Carlo

Featured Replies

Hi there. I found this forum whilst doing a little research on Skoda Fabias a while ago and now that I've got one I've found everyone to be very helpful. I was on the lookout for a new car for quite a while and I saw a silver Monte Carlo for sale and thought it looked awesome but it was a little out of my budget. I then saw a 2011 black one a week later and bought it. I traded in an 07 Fiesta Zetec Climate which I loved but it seemed like the right time to trade it in, I got what I wanted for it. I currently cannot drive the new car as my thread on tax problems explains, but I did drive it for about 5 days and like it so far. My old car had a lot more equipment such as auto wipers and lights, and I really miss the radio control stalk but I'm getting used to the Fabia. Has anyone ever retrofitted the multimedia steering wheel? If it's possible I might explore that when I get a bit of money saved up again. It's also a little weird driving a 5 door car, the doors seem really small. It's the 105 version so it has about 30 horsepower more than my Fiesta and it's a nice upgrade, and it also looks pretty nice
