For my Octavia (2008)

 

Saw a couple of thread, I would like to have also the turn sign LED and preferably a lamp that does not need resistor to be fitted. I also heard that they are easy to change (looked right now in my boot and I have direct access to lamps)

The Dectane clusters that you have linked have LED turn signals (indicators) and contain resistors so are plug and play.
