grill? help lol

Hey guys I am not very good when it comes to working on my cars iam more of a driver than a potcher lol usually leave that side of things to my muccas lol but after getting my fab vrs I'd like to do a bit my self I was going to start on something small I want to change the chrome of the grill to black if seen a few people that have rapped it but I was wondering could it be sprayed as I don't like waiting lol I can go and pick up the spray now and another thing does any 1 know how much it would roughly cost to rap it rather than spray??
