Will these fit straight on?

They look like Xenon lights?  If they are and you currently have non Xenon lights, you would need (or these might come with?) ballasts - I.e like you get with a HID kit.  Description is a little too brief to give me confidence in what they are.

think they need coding in if you haven't got xenons already.

I believe they fit, DarkHero has these i think?

Make sure they are for a RHD car. There are lots of projector style halogen replacement headlights for the Fabia but they are almost always for a LHD car. Be VERY careful about what you are buying. Especially the bit where he says he fixed them himself with tigerseal.

They should fit straight on - one thing that put me off is the inner lights (nearest the centre of the car) are the dipped beams...

They'll be halogen projectors as opposed to HIDs. Could be a good candidate for a HID upgrade. As they're more likely to perform than dazzle. (Though note the lack of absolutes in that last sentence. :) )
