Renaming rsap bluetooth connection in MFD

Featured Replies

Tearing my hair out, the little that's left. I have two rsap profiles on my 2012 MY 2.0 TDI 170 Elegance. The first is my phone, the second, my wife's. I've renamed in the past my wife's rsap profile using both upper and lower case letters. I can't for the life of me remember how to select lower case letters in the MFD, The owner's handbook is very sparse on this subject as far as I can see ... Help me please before I go mad.

Thanks in advance

If it's anything like changing the WiFi SSID just keep scrolling through, eventually you should be able to select lower case.

Thanks for that but I don't have a Wifi capable system, as far as I'm aware.

I have found a workaround though, I deleted my profile from the car, renamed the bluetooth identity on the Galaxy S3 to Chris and re-paired the phone with the car. I must have named my wife's phone in the same way in the past. My name no longer shouts at me from the display ;-)
