Sticky petrol flap

Featured Replies

Today I went to but some petrol in the car and I had a problem getting the flap open, Instead of a light push I had to push it pretty hard to get it open. When I got home I checked the operation of the plungers and all seems well but I still gave them a spray with some wd40. Its seems as if the petrol cap flap isn't pushing the release rod enough. Has any one had this problem before as I would like to fix it sooner than find I carnt open the flap one day.
