Fabia vrs arm rest?

Featured Replies

I've seen pictures , is there a genuine arm rest in the grey cloth ? I'm guessing they are rare and non uk if they do .

Best way to find one for sale ? And roughly how much ?

Cheers

People tend to use a variety of different armrests. Some buy the ones on eBay.

Some people use the armrest from the Fabia 2. Downside to these are that they are expensive and rare (about £100). Upside is that they are bolted to the floor of the car, so they're extremely sturdy.

VW Golf ones are also used. Or similar cars...

I'm wanting it to be as oem as possible so if there is a genuine one I'd be after that ! I have seen the mk4 golf one fitted but I wasn't keen

The Mk1 Fabia didn't come with an armrest as an option as far as I'm aware. VW are the same marque as Skoda these days, so it slots perfectly into the rear cup holder space.

Ok thanks il try and look into the mk2 armrest ! My uncle owns a skoda dealership so il see what I can get one for / maybe a trial fit

Any pictures floating around ?

I think there's some threads on here with various armrest installations documented.

They should pop up if you use the search. I'd get you the links for them myself, but I'm just off out!

The only picture you would of seen of a grey cloth one is a mk4 golf arm rest modified by some one on here. If you search pimped mk4 armrest you should find it.

I went to Slovakia last year and enquired bout one in dealership and I think they wanted £150
