I'm currently awaiting delivery of a Nexus 5 and as I believe they don't come with any earphones, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? I'm looking for something that, ideally, has mic and remote control buttons (volume, answer/hangup, music controls) and that doesn't break the bank (I enjoy music but I'm by no means a connoisseur...so paying £100 for ear phones is never going to happen!  )

 

I'm looking for earphones (i.e. similar to Apple ear pods) rather than full on headphones - and whilst it seems that the Apple ear pods will work in a Nexus 5, I believe the remote controls don't...? 

 

Any experiences/recommendations appreciated...
