That seems quick...what options did you order?

Minimal options which may be why.

 

Metallic paint, cruise (std not acc), colour maxi dot and heated nozzles (but not screen).

 

Have been very lucky with turnaround was quoted March when I ordered.

Just saw your pics, same as what Im getting VRS TDI, race blue, anthracite gemini, no black pack. I didnt get the roof tho.

Dealer said roof was an option so I decided to save a few quid!

Congrats! I ordered on the 21st Nov and I'm picking it up next Wednesday too But I got the Front Assistant + back 220V plug which were supposed to delay the order.

Car arrived early (yesterday) and they will be able to get it ready for me to collect on Sunday! I can't wait.

Seems to be loads of delays on vRS's. My Elegance Estate was ordered just before Christmas, was built this week and should be ready for collection in 3-4 weeks.

However not a vRS, an estate (build now fairly established) and only option a spare wheel. Seems to me alot of peoplw suffering big delays are those who have gone to town on spec......all well and good but the car comes considerably better specified than the MK2 did straight out of the box.

mine has come very quick (ordered Nov 17) but I had minimal options. They seem to have built a load of VRS hatch (esp TDI) recently there's 4 on here picked up or picking up in last week or 2.

yes TDI, identical to yours except you sprung for the sunroof and I didn't!
