What do you guys reckon on the real life mpg I can expect? And when is build week 7?

Feb 10th for BW7, we are in five now.

With DSG 50-55 mpg, noticeably better in warmer weather and obviously on longer runs.

I am just over 17,500 on my 1.6 dsg.

 

decent runs I can get mid to late 50's, but since changing jobs and doing more stop start I am only getting late 40's.

 

still better than my OCTYII 2.0 DSG.

First 1700km in my elegance 1.6 TDI shows 6.1 litres/100km on the trip computer. Just being broken in really.

Correction. Long term consumption is 50.5 mpg.

Tank to tank my 1.6 Tdi DSG is a genuine 55.8 mpg over a mixed variety of driving , not hanging about either but mostly (!) obeying speed limits, using motorways ,minor roads but usually A roads.

The computer system regarding fuel consumption is fairly accurate too, so overall, very pleased with yet another aspect of Octy ownership.
