Hi there. Interesting story of how I got the vRS.....it all started with looking for a replacement for my wife's car. We thought about the Yaris, but a short drive showed it felm flimsy and light. I then went back to the drawing board and tried to work out why we like my wife's existing 1995 Polo 1.6. It's because it's sturdy, and has some ooomph when you need that extra power.

 

I then rememberd the hundreds of the lovely silver pre-2007 fabias  I had seen on the road and how well maintainted they were. Built on a polo chassis, we could get a newer car, but not have to pay polo prices.....

 

so we started looking. I was immediately drawn to the vRS, and luckily managed to test drive it a Toyota dealer when we went to see a Yaris.

 

My work circumstances changed, when I need a car to drive, so guess what: Wife is keeping her polo for a little longer and I now get a vRS !!

 

In choosing the vRS, this site has and the members have been extremely knowledagable and helpful. I would not have bought it otherwise, so thank you all.

Looks really nice I got mine last Saturday too and am over the moon with it,does get looks everywhere though for being bright green
